A: An event coordinator deals with vendors, logistics, design, etiquette and organization. We steer you to vendors to fit your budget, taste and personal vision. We also help you keep within your budget

Q: Isn’t an Event Coordinator an unnecessary expense?
A:We are actually a necessity! We save you time & money. Our repeat buying power enables us to negotiate sweet heart deals with vendors. This savings is passed on to you.

Q: What are your rates?
A: Our services are customized to match your needs & budget. After the complimentary consultation you will receive a detailed proposal. You select the package that’s right for you.

Q: Once I have hired you do I still have control of my event?
A: Yes, you still have control. We provide you with Professional advice, support and guidance to make your personal vision a reality

Q: How long have you been an Event Coordinator?
A: Doreen at Party Doll Events has more than 15 years experience coordinating event, parties, weddings and celebrations.

Q: Why do I need a professional on site the day of my wedding or event? Isn’t everything set by that time?
A: You are in the Bridal Room … someone alerts you the band is lost and the minister is late! A professional coordinator smooths out all the glitches. You are able to enjoy your day as it should be—–stress free! Imagine you wedding is a movie… just because you have a script doesn’t mean you don’t need a director or an orchestra a conductor.

Q: My reception site and wedding site have coordinators. My mother and my maid of honor have offered to help me with the planning. Do I still need an event planner?
A: Naturally family is involved in planning your special day. However, they don’t replace a coordinator. There are aspects of your event that the church and reception coordinator doesn’t have the time to attend to. Your coordinator is at your disposal to handle any and all details to assure your event is flawless.
