DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION

We begin working with you approximately 1-2 months before the special day. Party Doll Events obtains all your information and we become intimately familiar with  your wedding plans. We then smooth out all the details and put the wheels in motion for a flawless, worry free wedding day!

After all you are the Bride —you should be carrying a bouquet not a CLIP BOARD!

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

1. Unlimited access to your wedding coordinator for related questions (via phone or email)
2. Free initial consultation at your convenience
3. Two in person appointments with your coordinator prior to your rehearsal and wedding day. These can be to meet with the venue personnel, final dress fitting etc…
4. Developing a well organized timeline for the wedding day with the Brides input and approval
5. Confirmation of all  vendors and their contractual  commitments prior to the wedding day. We introduce ourselves as your wedding professional working  on your behalf.We work with your vendors and venue to ensure that all of the logistical aspects of the event are coordinated and organized to produce a seamless and organized wedding day. We make sure all the details and all your wishes are followed
6. Coordination and Direction of the Wedding Rehearsal
7. Distribution of timeline to necessary vendors and wedding party
8. Setting up flowers, programs and all accessories as needed at the wedding ceremony site
9. Setting up favors, decorations, escort cards, guest book, photos, menus etc….at reception venue
10. Troubleshooting any “day of issues” like the cake is late or where is the band???
11. Coordination of transportation: limousines for bridal party, guest shuttles etc…..
12. Access to the Bridal Emergency Kit ( We are like Girl Scouts always ready)
13. Coordination of your Wedding Ceremony:
    1. Insuring a smooth organized wedding party line up,
    2. All Wedding Party is “Picture Perfect” going down the aisle
    3. Coordinate and “cue” your Musicians and Music for your Wedding Ceremony
    4. Assisting with all bouquets and boutonnieres for wedding party and immediate family
    5. Directing Guests to proper seating ( be sure to reserve immediate family seats)
    6. Attention to all Accessories for Ceremony both religious  and well as decorative
14. Gather all your personal belongings at the end of your reception and make sure they are transported to the proper location.
15. Coordinate your pick up by limousine to at night’s end
